Liz is a Registered Nurse practising in Singapore. She spent about 5 years of her nursing profession in NHG Polyclinics involved in Chronic Diseases Management (CDM). Out of which, 2 years were spent on developing the role of polyclinic Advanced Practice Nurse in CDM.
