Caring means feeling or showing care and compassion.
Often we hear, this person is caring.
A mother is caring.
She is such a caring person.
Women are supposed to be more caring than men.
Most people will associate it to personality or second nature.
Most people will also attribute caring to instinct.
Animal maternal instinct of sacrificial nature to provide for the offspring.
I choose to have a second opinion.
Caring is a circumstance and it is not a second nature or personality.
Caring is a circumstance from individual's upbringing, spiritual fullness and contentment.
Child A lives in a warm, relatively happy and contented environment.
Her emotional cup is filled to brim with love from family,
thus she is able to care for others cos her emotional needs are met.
Vice versa, as long as somebody emotional needs are not met
-- he or she will find it tiring to continue caring
When the emotional needs are totally worn out... caring stops.
Everybody has a emotional cup.
It can be filled to the brim, or
It can be filled to half or less than half
It could be nearly empty.
For some, the emotional cups might be dried for a period of time.
My cup is near zero...
So how does your emotional cup look today?
